# Orphi > Orphi turns a learner's own class documents into lessons, study cards and voice calls at the learner's level. Orphi is a language learning app built around the learner's own class material. A learner adds a document from their class, such as a teacher's handout or a vocabulary list, and Orphi turns it into a lesson. Each lesson becomes study cards of four kinds: a word, a sentence, a pattern, and a contrast between two forms that learners confuse. Orphi schedules the cards for review, so each one comes back just before the learner would forget it. The learner also practices each lesson in voice calls with Orphi, which speaks at the learner's level and uses the words and patterns from that lesson. Orphi supports Mandarin, Spanish, French, Italian and English.
